Thanks to the addition of Hot Air Welding equipment we can now completely seal vinyl basket covers, ensuring they never leak during their lifetime. The covers will still have the zippered ‘lid’ to allow easy access to equipment and paperwork, but will have the upper seams welded to form a watertight (and in fact air-tight) seal.
This technology has potential for other ballooning products, which we will be announcing later in the year.
